I shared my general task list with a coworker so she can see what I’m working, but she does not want my tasks from my shared list to be populated onto her Google calendar. When that happens it boths clogs her calendar but it’s also hard to tell the difference between my tasks and her tasks at a glance because they are the same color.
How can I share the list but not overwelm her calendar with my scheduled tasks?
