It would shorten the time frame and make sharing workload if we could add more data that is already being used in the calendar. Right now i must create lists and then individually change the times in the calendar to actually see my workload. Also I must copie part then on various days because I can’t plan any repeats. I changed my system from Microsoft to Google thinking you had a solution, but what I see is this has being going on since 2020 and nobody has done anything about it!
