App doesn't remember last state#1332

Opening TB as an app, i.e. using “google-chrome -app=https://tasksboard.com/app" in linux, always opens the app docked to the left-hand side of the screen and three columns wide. I have four columns of task information. I resize the app window and close the app, but the command ignores my placement and always opens docked. This is probably an -app problem rather than a TB problem but I have no feedback link for that. Please help.
