sync fail error#1375

I downloaded the Taskboard app on my desktop and am using it.
This is the first time I’ve had an error in about 2 years.

Today, I suddenly got this error message. I want to solve it. Please tell me the solution.

I tried re-logging in several times. But it didn’t work.
