Task Sort Order Not Working#1448

I have multiple lists and each is setup for the tasks to be sorted by custom order. When trying to move any task within a list, it automatically places the task as the second item, regardless of where I’m trying to place it.

For example, if I want to move Task 7 up on the list to be Task 4 by manually dragging the task up, it automatically places it as Task 2. This issue does not allow me to sort the list in my preferred order.
