ability to only add a task to a shared list#1462

Is there a way that a shared list participant can only add their task to a list on my taskboard. For instance I am a teacher. I would like my students to be able to add a task like “please grade my test retake” I do not want them to see the full list or take that task off the list. I especially do not want other students to take other students tasks off the list. Any advice
