Show All Panels When Dragging Tasks Without Horizontal Scrolling#1476

When dragging a task to another panel, it would be very helpful if all panel headers were visible on one screen. Currently, with many panels, I have to scroll horizontally a long way before I can drop the task, which makes the process cumbersome and inefficient.
