Subject: Feature Request: Unified “Today” View Across Google Tasks on Desktop and Mobile

Dear Google Tasks Team,

I’m a regular user of Google Tasks for both my desktop and mobile devices, and I have a feature request that I believe could greatly enhance the usability of the app.

I’d love to see a unified “Today” or “Due Today” view that’s available on both desktop and mobile versions of Google Tasks. Currently, the desktop version allows me to filter tasks by due date easily, but the mobile version doesn’t have the same convenient “Today” filter. This means I have to manually move tasks around or scroll through multiple lists to see what’s due today, which adds extra steps.

Having a built-in “Today” view on mobile, just like on the desktop, would let me quickly see all tasks due today in one tap without rearranging my existing lists. I believe this would be a valuable addition for many users who switch between devices and want a consistent experience.

Thank you for considering this suggestion! I think it would make Google Tasks even more user-friendly.
