Can't see All tasks in google chat workspace#1529

I wanted this tool because it said that it would integrate with setting up tasks in Google Workspace Chat spaces. It doesn’t work - I can only see My tasks in the taskboard and cannot see ALL assignees. This is depite trialing premium. Any suggestions before I cancel? I was told that the tool (taskboards) would show my chat space as a List but it doesn’t.
