Send notification when new task is added on Shared Boards#714

My team is trying to use Taskboard for our project management but it’s impossbile to know if you’ve had new tasks assigned without regularly checking on your board. A simple notification when either a task has been added or ASSIGNED would be very helpful (the same way Google Docs now sends you an email notification when someone assigns you something there).
