I’ve noticed my tasks colliding and calendar getting jam packed, when I run behind on tasks. I believe this happens to the best of us, especially in people whose brain works a little different (ADHD, TBI, ASD, …) or people doing creative and/or people work, which is inherently unpredictable.
I have a couple of suggestions:
- Make repeating taks clear the older version, when the new one occurs. For example: when I finally get around to doing the yard work, it’s quite bothersome to have three old tasks from the previous weeks sitting in my calendar until i clear them.
- Add a postpone button. Many people overplan, especially when working on n”w projects. A one click solution to move a task a day, week, month or even quarter ahead would make my life soo much easier! Oftentimes creative projects unfold in surprising ways, let alond family initiatives…
